  TRANSPORTATION ENGINEER
   

Be responsible for all components of traffic design and planning for various
trunkline and freeway projects. Experiences with traffic operations simulation,
capacity analysis, traffic impact studies, and or experience preparing signal
design, signing, pavement marking and maintaining traffic plans. Proficiency
with CorSim, and VisSim and other simulation software products.

BS Civil engineering with emphasis on Traffic. PE California, experience with
traffic design. Mid level, 5 years experience.

   
  ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER
   

Oversee, administer drafting, surveying and new business functions as well as
personnel. Manage staff and consultants, complete annual capital program and
planning for future projects, for operation of company water facilities. Work with
project requirements and government agencies, and design standards. Do site
visits, and be responsible for timely completion and direction for water pipelines
ranging in size from 8-36 inches, and wells with capacities to 6000gpm and
motor sizes to 500 horsepower.

BSME or Civil, experience with a water utility, with municipalities, and CA PE.
Must have management experience leading team.

   
  SENIOR TRANSPORTATION ENGINEER
    Experience in transportation design for municipal and CALTRANS projects.
Prepare civil engineering drawings and technical specifications for transportation
projects. Manage engineering tasks and work with multi-discipline project teams.
Prepare engineering design reports. Business development.
   
Minimum of 5 years of civil or transportation design including road and highway
design. Experience with AutoCad and Microstation. Strong knowledge of basic
civil engineering calculations. Proficiency with CALTRANS Standard and Project
Procedures. Strong project/task management skills. Excellent written and oral
communication skills.

BS degree in Civil or Transportation engineering or equivalent from an accredited
University. P.E. in Civil Engineering required with California registration.
   
  SENIOR FIELD TECHNICIAN/INSPECTOR
    Provide ICBO- level inspections on major detention facility.
   
At least five years experience in all areas of general construction with an emphasis
on testing and inspection. Must have ICBO certifications in Concrete, Masonry, and
Structural Steel. Shop and field work available for AWS/CWI Inspectors with NDT
level II, UT/ MT certifications for various projects, including bridges, highways, rail,
schools, airports, treatment plants, pipelines, power plants, high rises, municipal
buildings, tilt-ups and highways. Able to work well as part of Project Management
team with good communication skills. High school and some technical college classes.
ICBO certifications in Concrete and or Masonry and or Structural Steel.
   
  PROJECT TRANSPORTATION ENGINEER
    The Candidate will work with multidiscipline project team to prepare studies,
reports, constructions plans, specifications and cost estimate packages for a wide
range of highway design projects which include state routes, freeways, interchan-
ges, municipal roadways. Depending on experience, the candidate may also have
the oppor tunity to direct engineering team for rail transit design projects including
trackage,control/signal systems, transit support facilities, traffic engineering and
other related engineering.

   

A total of 15 years experience in Transportation Engineering and a minimum of 8 years
in design required. Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation, CALTRANS Standards
and Project Procedures and MS Office Programs. BS in Civil Engineering or related field
required. California P.E. License.
   
  SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER
    The Candidate will work with multidiscipline project team members in preparation of
studies, reports, construction plans, specifications and cost estimate packages for a
wide range of civil engineering projects including municipal infrastructure and industrial
and commercial development. Depending on experience, the candidate may have the
opportunity to provide engineering supportfor highway and rail transit design projects.
   

A total of 10 years experience in general Civil Engineering, a minimum of 5 years in
design required. BS in Civil Engineering or related field required. California P.E. license
required.
   
  SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER
    Provide direct oversight in construction management, to Valley Community College
resident engineering, and field inspection, project controls, cost estimating, value
engineering and claims assistance. Lead role on behalf of the client on large, multiple
disciplined tasked teams. Provide overall project oversight to ensure staff resources
are properly deployed. Interact with client to sustain contractual obligations. String
working proficiency in P3 and Expedition.

   
Fifteen years' experience in construction management, principally with vertical
construction projects, including lead experience on K-12 public schools.
BSCE/MSCE Civil Engineering/Construction Management
   
  SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
    Project Administration duties, filing, document control. Prepare reports & correspon-
dence, develop, track and maintain filing system records and logs in database file.
Gather and compile data, prepare schedule, and budget reports.

    5 years experience in various & increasing responsibilities of Project Administrative
duties.
   
  PROJECT MANAGER/ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
    Assist in submittal procedures, maintain and distribute current contract plans and
specifications. Confirm contractor's maintenance of record drawings, provide technical
and engineering support to OAR's coordinate with surveying, testing and inspection
staff, perform other duties as directed by Senior Project Manager/OAR's, log & track
all change orders, claims in Primavera Expedition; proficiency in change management.
   
Minimum 3 years experience in Construction Management of commercial and/or
public facilities. High School, Some College in Business or in Technical field.
   
  SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER
    Civil Design for underground utilities.
   
Individual must have minimum 10 years experience in general Civil Design for
infrastructure projects, CADD and computer skills. BSCE with MSCE. California
Civil PE licensed required.
   
  CADD TECHNICIAN
    Assigned to Cadd Manager to develop civil improvement plans from redlines and
through direction from professional staff. Develop systems design plans, as required.
Develop detailed plans for standard drawings and trackwork details.
Develop architectural plans with direction from the architectural staff.
     
    Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years advance MicroStation experience. This
experience should include development of civil improvement plans which involved
street layout, traffic lanes, drainage plans, and some system and architectural
designs. H.S. Diploma or equivalent required. Bentley MicroStation training also
required.
